Got a question about an online casino review, spotted something out of date, or want to suggest a site we haven't covered yet? This page tells you what we can help with and how to get a useful answer back.
What we can help with
Casino Ireland is a review and comparison site, not a casino, so we can't access anyone's player account, process a withdrawal or resolve a dispute with an operator directly. What we can do is:
- Clarify anything in one of our reviews, ratings or comparison tables
- Correct an error — a changed bonus term, an outdated payment method, a licence detail that's moved on
- Take a suggestion for a casino, feature or topic you'd like us to look into
- Point you toward the right resource if your question is about responsible gambling or the terms you've agreed to with an operator
If your issue is with a specific casino — a delayed payout, a bonus dispute, a locked account — that has to go through the operator's own support team first, and then their licensing authority if it isn't resolved. We're happy to explain how that process generally works, but we're not able to intervene on your behalf.
Before you get in touch
A lot of common questions are already answered elsewhere on the site, so it's worth a quick check first:
- Questions about safe play, deposit limits or taking a break from gambling are covered on our Responsible Gambling page
- Questions about how we source and present information, and the legal terms of using this site, are covered in our Terms and Conditions
- If you're curious about who's behind the reviews and how we approach ranking casinos, that's explained on our About Us page
- Looking for options outside the mainstream Irish market? Our page on non-Gamstop casinos covers sites operating under different licensing arrangements
What to include in your message
The more specific you can be, the faster we can help. If you're flagging an error on a review, tell us which casino, which detail, and where you saw the correct information — a screenshot or link to the operator's own terms page is ideal. If you're asking a general question about how online casinos work in Ireland, give us a sense of what you've already tried to find out, so we're not repeating information you've already seen.
We read every message that comes in, though response times can vary depending on volume. We don't guarantee a same-day reply, but genuine queries and corrections are always looked at.
A note on what we don't do
We won't ask for your casino account password, ID documents, or banking details, and we'd never request them by email or contact form. Legitimate correspondence from Casino Ireland will never ask you to send money or personal financial information. If you receive a message claiming to be from us asking for either, treat it as fraudulent and don't respond.
We also can't offer personal advice on whether a particular casino is "safe" for your specific situation, or make predictions about bonuses, payouts or game outcomes — our reviews set out what we found during research, and the decision on where to play is always yours to make.
Getting in touch
Use the contact details provided elsewhere on this site to reach our team directly. Whether it's a correction, a question about how we rate operators, or feedback on the site itself, we'd rather hear from readers than have inaccurate information sit uncorrected.
